Azores Raises VAT Level

Recently adopted VAT legislation by the European Union mandates that the minimum standard VAT rate set by Member States must be 15%, which will be in effect at least until December 31, 2005.

From July 1st the maximum VAT for the Azores is 15%, an increase from previous rates as stated on Noonsite.
