This message is being sent by Toucan Tango on behalf of our friend and
fellow cruiser, Roger Brett. As you will see from Roger's message, his vessel,
the classic Valerie Jean, was stolen from Orhaniye Bay (also known as Keci
Buku) Turkey. Keci Buku is not far from Marmaris, and is an easy jumping off point for Greece, so boats in Eastern Greece should be especially on the lookout. All help in recovering Roger's boat would be greatly appreciated.
Dear Friends from Yacht Marine
I am sorry to report to you that my yacht, Valerie Jean, was stolen
yesterday (Saturday, May 21) from Orhaniye, near Marmaris. So I am hoping you will help in the recovery by looking out for her, and telling the authorities if you see her.
