We are some local people who are trying to raise funds to send Apple for an operation to remove his brain tumors, "one of the legends of the caribbean".

Apple of “Apple Water Taxi” has been operating a water taxi service in Nelson’s Dockyard for around 10 years, a kind of institution around the place. Most visiting yachtsmen have probably been in Apple’s Taxi one time or another. He is 53 years young. He is part of the culture of Nelson’s Dockyard.

Apple was having numerous seizures and an ambulance was called twice for him. On being sent to Barbados for a diagnosis. He had an MRI, the brain scan, revealed he has a brain tumour. Due to a very generous loan of $20,000US we were able to expedite Apple to the US where he has undergone a successful surgery and is now fully recovering Monies to pay back the loan and the rest of the medical expenses urgently need to be raised.
