Are Holding Tanks Required In Singapore?

Is there a requirement to have some form of holding tank when sailing or berthing in Singapore? Where can I find information on this?

Currently there are not requirements for holding tanks on yachts. There are no pump out stations either. Our marina like most in Singapore ask that visitors refrain from using their toilets in the marina as we have nice rest room just at the shore side and provide towels free of charge to both member and guests. Should you have any more questions do contact me. There is no website I can direct you to as the subject is not covered yet.
