Q: We are departing for Cuba next summer & plan to spend next winter there. We hope to have our daughters join us for Christmas, but they won't be with us when we arrive. Should they be on the crew list? And what about friends who may join us there? Do we have to list anybody who may be joining us?

A: Any new crew should be added when they arrive - this is done by immigration, who are represented at every international marina. So just make sure that whenever anyone new joins you, they do so at an international marina, where there is an immigration office. There is a list of such marinas on our Cuba page.
