The expanded, updated 5th edition of the nautical
guidebook "Cruising Ports: Florida to California via
Panama" was released January, 2003. "Cruising Ports" covers more of both coasts
of Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Mexico, Belize's outer cays,
El Salvador's new marinas, the Western Caribbean
islands, Cuba's 12 marinas and the Panama Canal transit
with latest fees and rules (as of January, 2003). It
gets boaters safely from one U.S. coast to the other, a
cruising adventure of 5,000 miles.
Paperwork Cha Cha chapter contains blank CREW LIST
forms for Mexico and Spanish-speaking countries, plus
it explains the step-by-step paperwork dance called the
"Paperwork Cha Cha." The "Resource Guide" lists all the
marinas, yacht clubs, fuel docks, boat yards, ship's
agents and other marine services along this route, with
their contacts by VHF, phone, email and website. GPS
