North Buenos Aires has a big and very friendly sailing comunity. Club Nautico Sudeste and Club Nautico San Isidro offer free marinas and excellent facilities to foreign sailboats. Travelift and services for fiberglass, steel and wooden boats.

Every yacht club has its own marina and they are really nice. I have not met any sailing club at Palm Beach that even looks like these clubs. They have golf, tennis, pools, squash, library and an excellent nautical and social environment. The Club Nautico San Isidro, Yacht Club Argentino and Club Nautico Sudeste group the finest yachtsmen in Argentina. This area holds approx. 100,000 boats, of which 7,000 set sail on a good weekend (according to Coast Service).
