Double Dutch?

In what seems to be a response to illegal immigration, Dutch authorities are taking steps to scrutinise crews of yachts arriving and departing from their shores. Some skippers have been asked to supply crew lists (containing names, addresses and contact numbers) on arrival and need to have a convincing explanation if their crew list on departure is not the same.
