Docking

This is an old city, founded by the Portuguese over 300 years ago, sits on the northern bank of the wide estuary of the River Plate. Its narrow, cobbled streets and abundance of ancient buildings form an interesting city.

There is a yacht harbour here, but no details of the facilities are known at present.
