Docking

Well known for its sub-tropical gardens, this island is a must visit.

There are 7 visitors' buoys in Old Grimsby Harbour, which is well sheltered from the SW, but open to the swell if the wind veers N of W.

There is garbage disposal here and a water tap to the right of the quay.

New Grimsby Sound Anchor between Hangman Island and the quay. Good shelter except in NW winds. There are also visitors' buoys here.

There are 22 red or yellow visitors' buoys in New Grimsby Sound. On shore: Water, bar and restaurant, provisions, post office, ferry to St Mary's.
