Clearance

The Customs and Immigration Authorities are in the ferry Terminal building and the Health Authority and Harbourmaster in the SE corner of the port.

The formalities can be completed at The Gloden Dolphin Marina by visiting officials.

Docking

The harbour is now fully quayed and also has floating pontoons. Berth stern-to but beware of the anchor dragging in the soft mud.

The new Camper & Nicholson marina (August 2008) in the centre of Cesme provides excellent facilities and the Golden Dolphin marina, on the opposite side of the peninsula, provides fully serviced berths. There are also several good anchorages in the area.

38°19'.24N 26°18'.08E - located on the edge of Cesme at the W end of the Izmir peninsula. Berths for yachts up to 60m with electricity, water, fuel berth & 24 hr security. Technical support facilities nearby. On site are showers, a supermarket, launderette and chandlery.

A full service marina with extensive maintenance and repair facilities, including 60 ton haul-out. Water, electricity, fuel and chandlery. Laundry service to the boat. Frequent shuttle bus to Cesme. Good beaches close by.
