  Porto Colom (Mallorca) : Profile

Docking

Porto Colom, on the SE coast of Mallorca, is still a small traditional fishing village. The main feature of the town is the large natural harbour, which offers good, all round shelter.

There are both marina-type berths and visitors’ mooring buoys here. These are available on a first come, first served basis and the cost is reasonable even in high season.

Anchoring is possible either in the southern part of the harbour in about 2m, or in the north eastern part, opposite the fuel berth, in about 4 to 5m. The bottom is mainly sand and mud with some weed. There is a good dinghy landing opposite the buoys.

The pontoons have water and power. Showers at the Club Nautico.

Club Nautico has some berths with tailed lines on outside of the yacht harbour at the end of the bay and offers the quietest shelter, but they are shallow, not much more than 2m generally.
