  Mogadishu : Profile

Clearance

Port control monitors VHF Channel 16 and should be contacted to announce the yacht's ETA and request clearance.

Docking

Mogadishu harbour is safe, but the area where small boats anchor is shallow due to silting. Some repairs are possible as there are various workshops in the port area in Mogadishu, but they may take time.
