Sesimbra : Profile
The Policia Maritima have premises on the new fishing wharf and there is a GNR-Brigada Fiscal office in the town. Check at Clube Naval if still necessary to check in or wait for authorities to visit yacht.
The port is 1.5 miles south of the town. A small new marina has opened here inside the port. Alternatively there is an anchorage just north of the harbour, clear of the fairway. Beware of the strong northerlies blowing down from the high ground in late afternoon/evenings.
