Clearance

All officials (Capitania, customs and Guarda Nacional Republicana) are situated in the marina.

Docking

The marina has all-tide access. Also a good anchorage in the bay north of the port which is sheltered from the prevailing northerlies but is open to the south.

On arrival berth at reception pontoon on starboard side to complete formalities and be allocated a berth.

The marina has a full range of services and repair facilities, including a 70 ton travelift. It has 125 visitors' berths. Shops and restaurants on site. Access to the Marina is available at all states of tide through a well-protected harbour entrance. Dredged to 8.5m. Access to pontoons is controlled by electronic security cards.
