Situated approximately halfway between Lagos and Faro on Portugal’s southern coast, this holiday town has managed to retain some of its old-world charm in the streets of the old town.

Good shelter in the marina. The harbour entrance can be difficult in strong easterlies.
On arrival, secure to the reception pontoon at Marina de Albufeira.
Anchoring may be possible in the outer harbour but is difficult due to the number of local moorings.
