Stratigically placed at the southern end of the open water passage of Stadt when cruising up to Alesund.
The Redningsselskapet (Norwegian Sea Rescue Service) provides a convoy service across this stretch of coast to Alesund during the summer months.
Facilities were improved when the Tall Ships Race called here. Moor to the concrete pontoon near the town centre. Water and electricity available.
