Johor Bahru: Recommendation for Dalac Marine Boatyard

An excellent yard with easy access from Singapore is Dalac Marine in Johor Bahru.
We are based in One15 Marina, Singapore, but have just returned from Dalac having had antifoul, a lot of stainless work, a new fibreglass hard top and new bimini frame and cover installed. Dalac were very good to deal with. Their price was good and they did everything exactly as I wanted, even though I was overseas during the entire makeover. They sent me maybe 60 pictures of the progress.
Dalac Marine must be entered at full tide giving close to 3 meters clearance over a muddy bottom. They have a travel lift, and three slips with winch and railway tracks. A trailer is capable of 300+ tonnes. My trawler is approx 60feet and 50+ tonnes and it was no problem.
Big yard for having boats on the hard all concreted. My steel boat was sandblasted, primed, 2 coats undercoat and 2 coats antifoul, bow and stern thrusters serviced, prop and anodes etc.
