Clearance

Yachts must call the Port Authority on Channel 16 or 12 on arrival in Jordanian waters. Instructions will be given where to proceed. Officials will come out to the yacht in a patrol boat. The marina can help with outward clearance.

Position: N 29º 24.547’ E 034º 58.137’. Marina situated on offshore island as part of large development. All facilities, fuel dock, pump-out facilities, port clearance(entry facilities can be completed with passenger and crew list, passport copies, yacht registration certificate, Navigation License and LOA 3 days in advance). Docking

Tala Bay is located along the beautiful coral reef, within the Aqaba Marine Park. There are several mooring buoys along the coastline of the bay.

Docking is available at the new marina and the Royal Jordanian Yacht Club's marina, either of which is a secure place to leave the yacht while visiting the interior.

Small well equipped marina. Visiting yachts welcome - email 2/3 days in advance with name of boat, length, depth, breadth (metres). For the Captain and crew, name, passport number, date and place of issue and place of birth. The office will arrange the necessary visa formalities in Aquaba for visiting yachts.
