Location

This is a freighter port and not for cruising yachts, however access is permitted if hiding from a typhoon, or for a mechanical emergency.

Position 34° 37'32.82N, 138° 08'29.39E

Docking

There are no floating docks, just giant concrete walls that you can tie to. The walls, especially when the winds push you into them, are hard on your fenders. There is no shore power, and no water.
