Docking

It is essential to check with the marina before entering as the channel changes frequently. Excellent shelter and the manager (Duilo Valente) speaks good English.

There is a good supermarket in the town and good bus and train connections.

Located in the centre of the Golfo di Taranto near Bari and Brindisi. Boatyard with full range of repair facilities. If possible arrival by daylight, call the marina on VHF channel 9 or 16 for entrance instruction and wait for the pilot boat to guide you in. Do not attempt to enter with strong Northeast- to Southeast winds. Excellent facilities. Out of season, the marina provides a free mini bus service into Sibari twice a week.
