  Portoferraio : Profile

Docking

Elba is a most attractive island, just 15 miles long. It lies 5 miles off the Italian mainland and 30 miles east of Corsica.

Portoferraio is on the northern side of the island. It has a sheltered marina. Visitors berth on the first pontoon inside the entrance.

There is a crane and a large travel hoist here. All usual marina facilities are in the port, as well as fuel and a chandlery.
