Elba is a most attractive island, just 15 miles long. It lies 5 miles off the Italian mainland and 30 miles east of Corsica.
Porto Azzurro is situated in a deep indentation on the eastern side of the island, but there are many other sheltered bays on both the north and south coasts which are worth visiting.

There is water and electricity on the quay, but no other facilities.
