Docking

Moor in the harbour at lavrion or in the marina south of the town.

The Olympic Marina is large and has an extensive range of repair facilities. At one time the Carter 33's and 37's were built here. Shelter is good in both marinas.

The town quay is a charter base, but midweek these berths might be used with the agreement of the charter company.

The marina and adjacent boatyard offer a full range of services. Repair services, especially fibreglass work, are of good standard as the yard used to build a range of sailing yachts. There is a large area for hard standing and the yard is a popular place for winter storage ashore. The marina is very busy in summer and advance bookings are strongly advised. Similarly, a place should be booked in advance for winter storage. Three travelifts of 40,65 and 200 tons, fuel berth. Bar, restaurant, café, mini-market, chandlery, laundry, first aid post, ATM, , chandlery, WiFi, 24hr security. The Port Police and Customs are situated within the marina. (We have had a report that they were not there in June 2006)

Yacht Clubs

There is a yacht club/restaurant at Olympic Marina.
