  Cayenne : Profile

Docking

The capital is no longer used as a commercial port. The Cayenne Channel should only be navigated in daylight, preferably on a high tide. It is possible to come alongside the jetty two hours before and two hours after high tide. Cruising boats normally anchor at Stouppan and commute to Cayenne by road.
