Ruhnu (Ringsu) : Profile
This isolated island, sitting in the Gulf of Riga is now settled by Estonians, but prior to 1944, its population was ethnic Swedes. There is an interesting wooden church dated 1644.

Services are limited, but there is a village store, medical services and a post office. Cycles can be hired and there is internet access and a cafe.
Wreck has been removed from starboard side of harbour.
The inner harbour has been dredged and pontoons for about 20 yachts are in place. There are also less sheltered berths alongside the quay opposite the ferry berth.

Water, electricity, toilets and showers. Channel markers are illuminated during dusk only and entry at night is not advised and it can also be difficult in strong on shore winds. Depth in the harbour is 2.5m. There are moorings in slips or alongside the quay.
