Clearance is straightforward and can be made with customs and immigration at the marina. There is no cost to check into El Salvador.

Located on the Bahia de Jiguilisco, down the coast from Rio Lempa, this marina welcomes visiting yachts. The Marina monitors SSB frequency 8.1220 from 07:00 to 19:00 hours, seven days a week. Also Air to Air frequency 131.00. Call the marina one hour in advance of arrival at the channel entrance; a panga will accompany the yacht over the bar up the channel to the marina. The service is free and operates in daylight hours only. The offshore GPS meeting waypoint is at 13°07.02N and 88° 25.16 W. Full service marina with 80 heavy moorings capable of holding vessels up to 60 meters (200 feet). The cost is US$11.30 per day per vessel regardless of LOA. Fuel and internet access available. Small shop.
