Several internet café’s are located on Rarotonga and Aitutaki. WiFi is available at key locations.

DHL Courier services are available in Avarua.

Mobile (cell) phone services are provided by Telecom Cook Islands (TCI) using GSM technology. You can hire a local mobile in Rarotonga from the Telecom office near CITC. Ask your service provider for a roaming arrangement with TCI, or you will need a phone which isn't locked to a provider. Service is currently only available on Rarotonga, Aitutaki, Mangaia, Manihiki, Atiu and Pukapuka, but TCI is planning to roll it out to the remaining inhabited islands by the end of 2012. US users note: You need a phone capable of working on the GSM 900 or 1700 networks which are standard in Europe. Pay as you go phones will NOT work on any network
