Home Island : Profile

Docking

Home Island lies 1.5NM south of the Direction Island anchorage. It has a population of approximately 600. The population is maily Muslim. Please respect their dress code.

When using the vessel's tender to go to Home Island you are advised to follow the channel markers, as there are numerous shallow areas and coral outcrops along the route.

If possible, all rubbish should be disposed at the Home Island Jetty, and sorted into glass, plastic, tin etc.
