Location

Half-way down the Exuma chain, Staniel Cay offers the opportunity to do modest reprovisioning and charter flights can be arranged here.

Staniel Cay has been used in lots of movies, most notably the James Bond film “Thunderball”.

Docking

There are 2 marinas here. Reasonable anchoring possible near Club Thunderball.

This club now has a clubhouse and small marina. There are also moorings for rent at $20 a night (Dec 2008). Call ahead for reservations. Restaurant and bar open from 0800 daily. Friday night b-b-q.

15 slips. Minimum depth 6 ft. Electricity, fuel, water & ice, no showers, toilets (limited hours), bait, phone, restaurant and bar. Pay extra to dump rubbish. Free Wi-Fi (poor reception), internet in the clubhouse. Exposed to the west and south.
