South Bimini : Profile
This sparsly populated island, just 150 yards from North Bimini, is now being more developed, but there are still very few facilities here.
There is a small boat repair shop close to the airport and some provisions can be obtained from Morgan's Drive Supermarket or Big Willie's grocery store. This last store also sells liquor and is a launderette!
The Bimini Sands Resort & Marina houses the Customs and Immigration officials.
Do not attempt to enter this marina when the wind is blowing out of the wrong direction (everything from S over W to N).
